At Exclusive Beauty Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective caps and seals are intact to prevent leaking during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
